Sunnytech Marine and Industrial Services Ltd was formally known as Sunny-Ade Technical Construction Company which was register under the business marine Acts in August 1991. The company was incorporated as a limited liability company as Sunnytech Marine and Industrial Services Ltd.
The Company has been serving as maintenance of marine equipment in Nigeria, Africa and Europe for all type of repair works on board, vessels in the following elds, fabrication and welding, mechanical work, electrical work, painting work, sound blasting work, electronic work on bond vessels
